"Mack the Knife" was the consensus #1 song of 1959 -- identified by G & T, Cashbox and EE. Billboard had it #2.
With "A Big Hunk O Love" at #21 this was the first year G&T did not have an Elvis song in the top 20.
"Lloyd Price had his biggest year in 1959 placing three songs in the G & T Top 40: "Personality," "Stagger Lee," and "I'm Gonna Get Married."
