| A third picture went on the wall outside the Wahoo High School gym in the spring of 1990. This time the team wore their gold uniforms -- the uniform worn in the state championship game. District B-2 Champions, Capitol Conference Season and Tournament Champions. Wahoo Holiday Tournament Champions. Fourth straight State Tournament berth and third straight State Championship (ties record). #1 Rated Class B Team in both the Omaha World-Herald and Lincoln Journal-Star. #5 rated all-class team by the World-Herald. 88.3 points per game avcerage ranks 4th among all-class records in the state. Established State Class B record of 130 points in a single game. |
