The Wahoo locomotive stayed on the winning track, steamrolling to its 16th win of the season, 84 - 43 over Fremont Bergan. With a triangle-and-two defense focusing on seniors Jason Glock and Ryan Eddie, juniors Jeff Simons (15) and Trent Toline (21) stepped up to lead the Warriors to victory. Eddie still managed double figures at 13, but Glock was held to his lowest total of the season, 9 points. Only up by four at the end of the first quarter, Wahoo outscored the Knights by 13 in the second to pull away. Long range shooting enabled the Warriors to extend the lead in the second half as Bernie Inbody hit for two threes while Justin Anderson connected on three from behind the arc. Coach Anderson commented on the Knights’ clamping down on Glock: “We’ve got the type of team that if you shut off Jason, we’ve got someone else.”
