Wahoo knocked Bennington out of the Capitol Conference Tournament, defeating the Badgers 81 - 38 in the semifinals. Coach Anderson called the Warriors “sluggish” in the first half as Bennington hung with the Warriors. Down by just 4 at the end of the first quarter, Bennington was still within 9 at half time. But the Warriors outscored the Badgers 17 in each of the third and fourth quarters. Wahoo was led by Trent Toline with 20 points. Also reaching double digits were Joel Weyand (16), Jeff Simons (12) and Justin Anderson (10).
