Wahoo performed as expected in the first round of the Capitol Conference Tournament, rolling over Conestoga 88 - 45. The Warriors opened the game with a 26 - 4 run and had a commanding 46 - 18 lead at the half. The first quarter assault was led by Mike Simons and Eric Eddie, each scoring 11 in the quarter. Simons had a big third quarter as well, netting another 19 points and posting a career record 38 points for the game (even though going to the bench early in the fourth period). Also in double figures for Wahoo were Eddie (11), Josh Anderson (22), and Dan Brown (10). The Warriors were again hot from the three point line as Eddie hit his first three in the first quarter and Dan Brown was a perfect two for two in the final period. The defense was also effective as Wahoo forced 24 Conestoga turnovers.
