Wahoo received a #3 ranking in both newspapers, behind state champion, St. Paul and Fairbury. The two polls agreed on the top eight, but differed in their final two spots. LJS put David City and Columbus Scotus (two teams in Wahoo's district) at #9 and #10 respectively. OWH had Centennial at #9 and Arlington at #10.
