Wahoo opened the Holiday Prep Classic Tournament in Lincoln with a 72 - 39 win over formerly unbeaten, Class D1 Palmer. Palmer was outclassed from the beginning as the Warriors expanded a 14 point first quarter lead to 25 by half time. Mike Simons again led Wahoo with 31 points, 21 in the first half. The Wahoo defensive pressure was too much for the Tigers as they committed 31 turnovers. Eric Eddie (10) was the only other Warrior to reach double figures as subs played a great deal of the second half.
