The Wahoo Warriors were defeated by the Elkhorn South Storm 88-55 in the first round of the Holiday Tournament at Bishop Neumann.

Elkhorn South led 21-13 at the end of one quarter, and 44-26 at halftime. The Storm continued to extend the lead in the second half, and the Warriors were never able to threaten Elkhorn South.

The Storm were 10-22 from the three point line and 21-32 from two point range. Elkhorn South forced 26 Wahoo turnovers.

Ben Scheef led Wahoo with 30 points on 8-10 shooting from the floor and 14-16 from the free throw line.
