The Wahoo Warriors defeated the Norfolk Catholic Knights on Friday night in Wahoo.

The Warriors jumped out to a 25-12 lead after one quarter.  Dylan Egr had 13 first quarter points, and Brendan Lacey added 8.

Dylan Egr hit a trey to open the second quarter that pushed the lead to 28-12.  The Knights chipped away at the lead and cut it to 39-30. A Mitchell McGill tip in at the buzzer made it 41-30 at the half. 

The Knights would cut the lead to 51-44 late in the third, but but baskets from Will Shanahan and Dylan Egr made it 55-44 after three.

A Brendan Lacey three to open the fourth made it 58-44.  The Knights would get no closer than 12 the rest of the way.

Brendan Lacey led the Warriors with 24 points on 5-7 shooting from behind the arc.  Dylan Egr had 23 points on 10-15 shooting from the floor. Cameron Quick added 13 points and 7 boards.  Will Shanahan had 9 points and 5 blocks. Billy Hancock had 5 assists.

Wahoo improves to 10-3 and will travel to Raymond Central on Saturday afternoon.
