1/21/19 At Wahoo, First Round, Conf. Tour. The Wahoo Warriors defeated the Raymond Central Mustangs 88-27 on Monday night at Wahoo in the first round of the Capitol Conference Tournament. Wahoo led 36-10 after one quarter, and 65-14 at the halftime break. Eleven Warriors scored on the night. Winston Cook led the way with 19 points, 5 boards, and 4 assists in just 11 minutes of action. Braden Harris came off the bench to contribute 10 points and 5 boards. Trey Scheef added 9 points, and Thomas Waido had 6. Wahoo shot 63.3% (38-60) from the field and forced 26 Mustang turnovers. Wahoo will host Platteview on Thursday night in the Conference Tournament Semi-Finals. The Warriors improve to 13-3. |
