The Wahoo Warriors defeated the Plattsmouth Blue Devils 83-50 on Thursday night in Wahoo, in the Trailblazer Conference Tournament Semi-Finals.

The Warriors jumped out to a 10-0 lead to open the game, and led 28-11 after one quarter. Garrett Grandgenett hit three first quarter treys, and scored 13 points in the first quarter.

Wahoo scored the first 8 points of the second quarter to increase the lead to 36-11, and led 45-20 at the halftime break. Wahoo would extend the lead to 71-38 after three quarters.

Garrett Grandgenett and Owen Hancock led five Warriors in double figures with 19 points a piece. Hancock had a double-double with 11 rebounds. Trevor Kasischke added 13 points, 7 steals, and 5 assists. Myles Simon added 12 points and 4 assists. Marcus Glock added 10 points and 4 steals. Triston Keeney added 5 assists.

Wahoo forced 29 Blue Devil turnovers, while committed just 10 themselves.

Wahoo improves to 12-3 and will face Platteview on Saturday at home in the first Trailblazer Conference Tournament Championship. Plattsmouth falls to 6-9.
