The Wahoo Warriors defeated the Aurora Huskies 76-40 on Saturday afternoon in Wahoo.

The Warriors got off to a great start, as the scored the first 7 points of the game.  The Warriors increased the lead to 14-2, and led 22-4 after one period of play.  The Warriors continued to build the lead throughout the second quarter, and led 46-19 at the break.  The running clock started late in the third quarter, as the Warriors led 69-26 after three quarters.

Marcus Glock led the Warriors with19 points on 8-13 shooting from the floor to go with 7 boards. Benji Nelson had 16 points on 7-9 shooting from the floor, including 4 dunks.  Anthony Simon added 11 points on 5-5 shooting from the line, to go with 5 boards and 4 steals. Kamron Kasischke had 8 points and 5 assists, and Owen Hancock had 7 points to go with a game high 9 boards and 4 assists.

The Warriors outrebounded Aurora 35-21 and forced 16 turnovers while committing 10.

Wahoo improves to 2-0, while Aurora falls to 0-2.  Wahoo will travel to Logan View on Thursday night.
