| In the final rankings, York climbed all the way to #4 in both papers even though they did not make the State Tournament (losing to Pius at the buzzer in the District final). Norris and Seward were the other non tournament teams in both papers' Class B top tens, with Grand Island Northwest making the World Herald in place of state qualifier, Hastings Adams Central. In Class C-1, a Wahoo opponent, Yutan, made the #5 ranking even though they missed the tournament. The World Herald also listed Wahoo at #10 on the all class list. |
