Wahoo would hit 16 of 18 free throws in the fourth quarter to seal the win.

Coach Scheef: “After playing really good basketball last night, we were not very sharp tonight. We were not flying around defensively, or moving sharply on offense. But, it was still a positive that we were able to get a win on a night that we were not real sharp. Josh Discher did a great job on the glass for us.”

Greg Milliken led Wahoo with 23 points and 5 steals. Max Cook had 13 points, 7 steals, and 5 assists. Josh Discher added 12 points and 12 boards. Wahoo was out rebounded by the Broncos 32-26, but committed just 8 turnovers compared to 19 for Centennial. Wahoo was just 1 of 11 from behind the arc, but was 20-32 from 3 point range.

Wahoo is now off until the Holiday Tourney when they will host Elkhorn South on the 28th in the first round.
