In the third quarter, Lutheran cut the lead to 36-30.  A trey from Bill Hancock, a Will Shanahan free throw, a Winston Cook putback, a Blake Lacey lay up, and a trey from Brendan Lacey to end the quarter, put Wahoo up 47-30 after three.

Lutheran never threatened after that , and Wahoo went on to the 66-48 win.

COACHES CORNER
“We had a little adversity thrown at us.  Cameron Quick was home sick, Billy Hancock was feeling ill, and Blake Lacey’s tailbone was very sore.  With all of that going on, I was really proud of the kids for responding and getting the job done, and playing pretty well.  Winston Cook really had a great night for us.  Brendan Lacey continues to shoot the ball very well, and Billy Hancock, Dylan Egr, and Blake Lacey all did a lot of good things for us.” -- Coach Kevin Scheef.
